In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "nv999", "we", "us", "our" refers to the nv999 platform and its operating entity, licensed under an international gaming license.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the nv999 platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" means the nv999 website accessible at nv999.pro, including all associated mobile interfaces, applications, and services.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the nv999 platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR (Pakistani Rupee) funds held in a Player's account, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by nv999 under specific promotional terms and subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on any betting market or casino game offered through nv999.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, payment processing, promotional, and customer support services provided by nv999.
• "KYC" stands for Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by nv999 before processing withdrawals or in response to compliance obligations.

References to any statute or statutory provision include any amendment or re-enactment in force from time to time. The singular includes the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.

To be eligible to register and use nv999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are not a resident of or accessing from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You do not already hold an existing nv999 account. Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts will result in suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of nv999 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list or excluded from gambling services by any regulatory body.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

nv999 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

nv999 operates under an international gaming license which requires all players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process protects both the platform and its players against fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit screen at the time of transaction.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your account within minutes.
• Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to one business day to be confirmed and credited.
• nv999 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your name — the same name as your verified nv999 account.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal of associated bonus winnings can be processed.
• nv999 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within minutes of approval.
• nv999 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding standard thresholds.
• Withdrawals to cryptocurrency wallets (USDT TRC20) are subject to standard network confirmation times.

nv999 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and cricket betting specials. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have completed the minimum required deposit as specified in the promotion.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which is the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in its specific terms.

• A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the nv999 system and a confirmation reference is displayed to the Player. Bets placed during system outages or connectivity interruptions may be void.
• nv999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds that were published due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's account.
• For live in-play betting, nv999 may suspend markets at any time. Bets placed before a suspension is processed will stand; bets placed after are void.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and market. These are displayed within each game or market at the time of play.
• In the event of a game or platform malfunction that affects the outcome of a round, nv999 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes to the players involved.

nv999 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are available directly from your account dashboard and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limits can be reduced immediately; increases require a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders to notify you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gambling for a defined period (24 hours to 6 months). During a cooling-off period, you cannot place bets, play casino games, or deposit funds.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your account from all nv999 services. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 5 years. During self-exclusion, nv999 will take all reasonable steps to ensure you receive no marketing communications.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on nv999. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account on nv999 (duplicate accounts)
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials
• Any form of collusion with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer format
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or automated systems to place bets or interact with casino games
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or pricing mistakes in a systematic or deliberate manner
• Arbitrage betting strategies or patterns that exploit promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play
• Money laundering, fraud, or use of nv999 for any criminal purpose

• Accessing nv999 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of circumventing geographic restrictions
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward nv999 staff or other players via any communication channel

nv999 employs a range of fraud detection and monitoring systems. Accounts flagged for prohibited conduct will be reviewed and may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice.

All content on the nv999 platform — including but not limited to the nv999 logo, website design, graphics, text, software interfaces, game content, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of nv999 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the nv999 platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any nv999 content
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform
• Use any nv999 brand name, logo, or trademark without prior written consent
• Screen-scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract data from the platform

Any unauthorised use of nv999 intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nv999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the nv999 platform or any of its services
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or a specific service
• Any error, inaccuracy, or omission in information provided on the platform
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain secure login credentials
• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the platform
• Delays in deposit processing or withdrawal payments attributable to third-party payment providers
• Technical failures, server outages, or network issues affecting game or bet outcomes

nv999's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nv999 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

nv999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct
• A chargebacks dispute initiated by the Player or their payment provider
• Self-exclusion request by the Player or a request from a responsible gaming authority
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant

Upon account closure following a breach of these Terms, nv999 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established and the closure is not related to prohibited conduct, real-money balances (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their last used verified payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact nv999 support via live chat. Requests for voluntary closure will be processed within five business days.

nv999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, nv999 will notify registered Players via email or an on-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the nv999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using nv999 and contact support to close your account before the changes take effect.

The version of the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of any dispute is the version that shall apply to that dispute. The "Last reviewed" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the current version was published.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under nv999's international gaming license jurisdiction. By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution processes.

Dispute Resolution Process:

3. Step 3 — Regulatory Body: If the dispute remains unresolved after exhausting internal processes, you may refer the matter to the relevant authority under nv999's international gaming license for independent adjudication.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
